So, I think this is the basic concept I want to go with for my hood paint on the Demon. There may be a interesting addition, I will know more tomorrow. This is a printed photo. colored with sharpie and highlighter, then pic with my phone, but you get the idea, I hope. And it will be symmetrical unlike the attachment. Thoughts?

If it was me, and it is not! I would angle the leading edge (by inlet) of the very top side of the hood scoop. Being at ninety degrees it looks like it is fighting the sloped base of hood scoop line below. Then you have both side stripes complimenting each other.
