If it was me, and it is not! I would angle the leading edge (by inlet) of the very top side of the hood scoop. Being at ninety degrees it looks like it is fighting the sloped base of hood scoop line below. Then you have both side stripes complimenting each other.

Thanks! It can be adjusted. In the rendering, I just followed the scoop molding lines. Here is the hood in white gel coat.
