Advance Auto Brake Parts

When I worked for a dealer 80’s into the 90’s rotors were big bucks. So we turned them. Now they are way cheaper so we just replace. Sadly almost all the rotors in the $45-$125 range are junk including Napa rotors. They turn black and pop leaving rust divots and are complete garbage after 2 years. No quality control for sure and crap materials. I just replaced all 4 rotors and pads on one of my 2500 service trucks and had to use Napa because mother Mopar was on back order. With in a few days we had lots of noises and weird looking grooves are forming on the rotors even using Napa premium pads. The brake job parts were $215 per front rotor and $175 per rear rotor. Pad sets were $159 front and $139 rear. (Internal parking brakes were not replaced as they were good.)
Chrysler pads and rotors had they been available was like $10 more per item but very little brake dust on rims unlike the Napa pads my rims are covered with dust and I checked all my calipers for sticking- they are free.
A with ma Mopar and life is longer at 30k per change. Napa brakes are the better choice for local availability for me in Connecticut vs bobo brands but still junk no matter the cost.
