The kids nowadays have video games and the internet to distract them from getting their hands dirty. Finding a suitable car is a bit harder than it was, the days of $100.- Dusters are gone too.

It's similar on the east coast. The local track to me, Cecil Co Dragway, didn't have enough turnout on Wednesdays to pay the crew. So, they're closed on Wed. instead of losing money.
