LA small block,Do you put an oil passage in your head stud?

Agree with the sentiments about factory fasteners. They are top quality & there would be a lot of engines with ARP [ $$$ ] bolts/studs in them that add nothing.
Of course, like any fastener if it is abused/overloaded it can & will fail...
