So people do some stuff different. So what? We've ALL seen his videos of that orange Duster and it hauled the mail. I don't know if that particular motor had the modified stud, and I don't give a chit. It was a bad **** and faster than a lot of stuff on here, so they're doin somethin right. I was sorry to see it get wrecked. With all Steve's health problems, I'm glad he's able to do anything at all with the hobby. So maybe he's tootin his horn a little. I guess if my son had gotten heavy into machine work, instead of layin around on the other side of the country playin video games and losin jobs, I'd be pretty proud too. That's why he's not around here anymore. No drive, no ambition no nuthin. We don't do things the same. So what. What they're doin works for them and Steve's on here showin all of us how to do it if we want to do the same thing. You cannot deny he makes some good points about the holes and studs possibly not being concentric. So they found a way around it. Necessary? Maybe not. Good insurance? I say hell yeah. Don't like it? Then don't do it.
