LA small block,Do you put an oil passage in your head stud?

My son Is a member on this site .he reads every word. Many members met him at Carlisle. he did a lot of members engines and there are some here now. If there wouldn't be so much trash talking every time a member adds there opinion to a thread . You all could probably benefit from some of his Knowledge.
From what I hear in the shop there is a reason why Gold members leave and new followers are hesitant to become one. My son said he won't join and is always telling me to give it up.
