Best electric cutouts?

A few points of interest:

1) the Doug's electric cutouts on my 68 GTS open in 15 seconds. Not really sure how much faster they should open? This isn't the fast and furious lol.

2) the Doug's electric cutouts are worth 25 rwhp over the resto 2.25" system with the resto muffs. Swapping to Gibson straight through 2.25 muffs was worth 15rwhp cutouts open or closed.

3) study the guillotine style cutouts vs. butterfly.
