Your old dream (car). What happened?
Bought this car numbers matching 440-6, 4 speed, Shaker hood car in 1978 for $1000 from my cousin. I had to work all summer to pay for it. I rode in the back seat of it coming west out of Reno, Nevada when I was a kid about 6 years earlier with my brother, sister and cousin, who was the second owner. By the grace of God, I was able to hang on to it ever since.
Restored it over 10 years ago, and have been refining it with bolt on performance upgrades ever since. Still have all the stock stuff to put back on, but I still drive and enjoy it. Stock is ok for a lot of guys, but I like them to look, go, stop and corner better.
