In my experience most Asians are a happy drunks. I don't think I've seen any kind of brawls here at all. Drugs are available here in Asia but you don't hear or see a very often. I feel safer walking down a back alley in Hanoi or Saigon at 2:00 or 3:00 a.m. in the morning then I would feel safe walking in southeast Washington DC in the middle of the day.kkkkkkkk
