It does suck to put that much money into (any) a set of heads and not have them seal, but IMO this is exactly what a dyno is good for, finding the issues before it goes in the car. The hp numbers are just to judge the validity of parts selected and compare to known combinations. Not post on Instagram. So in that aspect I’d call it good news that it was noticed that it was not performing as expected and the issue was found prior to a disaster and prior to going in the car.
