My lower back is junk

I had a Laminectomy on L2 throughL5 in 2017. I just had three RFA's on my right side three weeks ago and the left side the month before that.
I go back to the doctor this fall to see if I'm a candidate for wedge spacers.
I also take Lyrica, Melexicam and Tramadol on the bad days.
I don't trust a chiro to start working my back. The laminectomy surgery they removed the back half of my vertebrae to access my spinal cord and my lower back is not as protected as before.
