On the input in the picture, yes. Goes between the bearing & shoulder on the input shaft.
Looks like this: Brewer's Performance - Mopar A833 4-Speed Transmission and Component Specialists and is included in most small parts kits for the A833. Not used in the later model trans, typically only 64 models.
