Stop in for a cup of coffee

Pulled valve covers off the 454. most of the rockers are loose, and fine metal particles in the oil. I can safely assume cam is toast? The adjuster nuts are tight,so they didnt back off.
my guess is this is an untouched greasepot that was painted and some fancy bits stuck onto it.
