You can do that cable without a shop. BUT a Helper for a few minutes would make it easier. Here's the Deal, they Are adjustable, almost infinitely. Unless You know a Guy, or Shop Owner, You ARE GONNA waste money... are they going to charge you hourly when you spin it around the block and don't like the shift points and you want to keep tweaking it or they just going to put it on and then give it back to you, and then you can adjust to get home as what most everybody does?
