Breakfast! What do you like?

We all eat unhealthy including myself. Foods that we should avoid are,
For some, some foods are OK while the same food for another is bad. Be careful of blanket statements as there very easy to dismantle and prove wrong.

pork,
catfish,
lobster,
shrimp,
crab,
While “bottom feeders” are not the healthiest I can also make the same claim for many that walk or fly. The above is not 100% true and can be picked apart.

Stating Pork is bad for you is a blanket statement and untrue. Doing such shows those that know, that you know nothing.

Please don’t preach things you are not in the profession of. Do so stick to the thread topic of what you like to east for breakfast. Or is that to hard for you?
