3 speed wiper help please! (wiper Guru needed)

I've learned a lot the last couple days. How the latch, cams, islands and rocker arm all work together in forward then reverse to park is really cool.

In forward (dash switch on L,M,H) the islands and outer cam guide the rocker arm around the latch.

In reverse (dash switch off) the outer cam and longer island guides the rocker arm down into the latch which rotates the switch cam out to contact and close the park switch, stopping the motor.

I think. LOL
