Yes, barbee6043, it's the underside of the car and I'm going to top coat it with some PCC industrial semi-gloss black catalyzed urethane (single stage), so I'm not all that concerned about how it looks, so I think I'll just use the red Scotchbrite pads, call the scuffing good and then spray the urethane.
