Stop in for a cup of coffee

These are a brand new take off. I was down in the woods dragging a log when the rear tire on the up hill side blew. If it would have been on the down hill side I think the tractor would have rolled. So I am really Leary with these old tires

I was loading a truck at the rock farm one day

Had just pulled up next to it with the first bucket load bucket was already over Otto's truck ready to dump and I heard an unfamilar BANG and the 966 leaned to the left just a little bit. "Otto pull away from the loader quickly." "What? Aren't you going to load me?" "Quickly Otto. Move away." Otto pulled the truck and trailer away from me and when he was clear I very slowly lowered the bucket to the ground. Once I had the bucket on the ground I gave it just a little down pressure and the left front tire and wheel fell the f#$% off. Otto looked like  . The tire guy had been there before that shift, I don't think the lugs were loose but all of them were broken off when I got out of the seat to look. Luckily the brake drum found a comfy place to sit in that big *** wheel until I took the weight off.
