15 psi of boost basically doubles the NA hp, don't think you need to turn that much rpm, you need 350-400 NA hp not gonna be that hard with eddy heads. Best you need to turn 6000-6200 for 400 hp. Probably get away with less duration by about 10-20 degrees.
