69 Dart help

Im no help. As said above go to MyMopar and download a manual. I junked a HT and got the regulators out. They all kinda unbolt / come apart and with some turning around and wiggling they "come out." Other than that not sure what to tell you but "play."

Getting them back in might be a different story. Maybe a camera and take some documentary photos.
