1970 Duster project in Sweden
I finally managed got my generator in place so that it aligns right. Had to make a new spacer for that to happen. Also got a new bracket for the servo pump and that aligns too. Just need a new belt. Any advice on the correct belt. The one I had on my 273 is now too long. The bracket I got is an aftermarket thing.
Here I'm just test-fitting the alternator. Will use washers when it goes together for real.
Also test-fitted the Hooker Competition header. Some say you need to use an 90 degree oil filter adapter.
My Oil filter fits nicely now, but would the adapter making it easier to change filter when the engine is in the car because the header is in the way?
