Parking Brake Cable Diameter 5/32 in ?

Another quick question. I measure app 5/32 in as PB cable diameter from InLine and Right Stuff Is this correct? Car 1s 1968 Dodge Dart, 9 in brakes

Finally have correct spring lengths on each rear wheel and cables still not even at equalizer so will consider a swage between cut pieces of longer cable. Not the best solution but cables are still not OEM quality for length. They Look pretty and shiny but not a direct replacement.

Only off about 1/2 in and when installed in equalizer ( should be vertical), it is at eagle and causes short cable to fall out when under tension.

Comments? Recommendations?
