The manufacturers wanted to sell more product so they told the warehouse distributors to sell it direct. Eventually it drove the small auto parts businesses out of business. Glad I saw the handwriting on the wall 22 years ago. Now they got price and no service. Nobody in a parts store knows any damn thing. You know what I'm talking about Mike
Yep, It's all on a computer program. I still have a NAPA nearby that hasn't thrown their catalogs out. There's a couple guys there that know how to use them as well. THat combination is holding that store together. "Call Barry" !
