Road Racing Duster 6.4 Hemi E85 6 speed Ms3 Pro Evo EFI
*update*
Been double checking parts inventory to begin installing the brake lines. Thankfully I did this, I’m missing the 8.75 distribution block and I need to get a drum brake front distribution block for my 4 wheel brake setup. Unfortunately, fortunately, @drdiff is on vacation, so I can’t order my stuff until the 4th. So I’ll be holding off on the brakes and getting the rear chunk rebuilt with a 1350 yoke and solid sleeve. I want to rebuild the chunk myself, but I’m more of a watch you as you do it and then I understand type of guy. I can watch videos too, but sometimes finding a good one is a pain too.
So, I’m now looking at getting a little hobby welder. Apparently the nee HF titanium and vulcan stuff ain’t too shabby. My belief, as discussed with a friend is that most of the items sold now are “assembled” if that, in US and parts are outsourced, so the HF stuff is pretty good for what it is.
When I get the welder, I will be figuring out seat mounting position in accordance to Dash and Steering wheel, originally I was pretty low, especially being bolted directly to the floor. I want to make sure I don’t rip through the floor, which is highly unlikely, but if I can sure the seat mounting up, it’s one less thing to think about when pushing the car.
So it looks like the items I again will be working on are installing the Aeromotive Fuel rails and maybe… the Holley Billet covers.
This car is my prototype, so paint and fine touches are not of my concern, UNLESS it’s work “to be done” then I will proceed with care, otherwise this car is going to be tested and tuned and my “hope” is to build another 72 or demon with a similar setup and maybe different engine combo or something.
