Need help on correct linkage.. who makes it
Get all that cobble crap off of the linkage. Get the adapter and mopar throttle stud like TMM said.

I don't recognize what you've got for a cable bracket, but that needs to go, too.
This shows the travel of the carb linkage:
To achieve full throttle, the stud needs to rotate below horizontal, so the throttle cable bracket needs to be a bit LOWER than the throttle shaft in order to pull the linkage fully open. A bracket mounted as high as yours appears to be will never be able to pull the linkage "down" to get the last few degrees of throttle opening.
I see you're running an SP2P manifold, so I'm not sure the bracket TMM showed will fit, but it very well may. Otherwise, either mod a factory 2 bbl. bracket or get a 4 bbl. bracket.
