I've seem them talked about and it's the same old story. They get told it's just easier to get another block. So anyone who would otherwise be in the market for parts get turned off them right at the start, thus little demand and a catch 22.
You can buy stock pistons for them..and I don't see those companies "losing their asses" on them otherwise they would have stopped stocking them years ago..
