Yeah....having a great platform to start with , but i dont know what i want !!

A 2.5 from an early Dakota [5 speed manual only]. A factory turbo from a car could be added later. My choice would be a 3.6 engine and trans from a Chall, Chgr, or 300. It would be pretty quick and give you 30 mpg highway. You'd need electrical knowledge. ----- Just throwing stuff against the wall.
