Stop in for a cup of coffee
We had Dwarf Cars
We had Sprint Cars
We had Modifieds.
The one thing we didn't have was all of those sponsor's artwork about the place. Last night and next week were kind of a surprise to everyone involved in SoCal dirt track racing. The place was packed with spectators. You would have though the World of Outlaws had come to town. Good car count, bout 90 cars in 4 classes. If the new track owner would get rid of that vision he has of it being a multi-purpose amphitheatre that also includes a race track, he might make some money at it next year. That county's supervisors are not going to let him operate outside the 50 year old permits in place already. Being built on a Federal Wetland doesn't help matters any .
