Help to identify, Wheels,rear drums

My friend wants to get the car on the road from his purchase. I will attach some pictures later, it needs some love from being neglected and under the wrong mechanic hands. From back to front, Leaky axle seal, rusty brake lines, mismatched headers, calipers installed on wrong sides with bleaders facing down. aftermarket disk brake conversion cant fit disk brake covers. I dont even know yet if they greased or adjusted the bearing correctly. loose strut rods. the power brake booster actually was attached to the PCV. spaghetti for wiring electronic ignition conversion. that's only the beginning without installing a battery. updates soon. @MoparLeo thanks for the chart link.
