MOOAR PERFORMANCE CYLINDER HEAD part # P4529268…..What are these?? Some help please!!!

Could be one of the 318 four barrel heads if it has 1.88/1.60 valves. Some casting numbers for those are listed as being used for both 318 & 360 4 barrel engines.
