Pretty much depends on what you are going to do with it. I've got a 268 grind in my Ford and my Mopar. Great cam for cruising and a healthy upgrade from stock. My rides spend most of their time on the highway, 2.76 gears in my Challenger and 3.0 in my Fairlane. Stockish converters in both.
