1968 Barracuda Fastback - 35k original miles
I have decided to part with one of my 68 Barracudas. I purchased this car approx. 7 years ago and have driven it a total of 19 miles. I purchased it with the idea of doing whatever I wanted with it since it's a 318/904 auto, 7 1/4 rear-end, 9" front drum brakes. Perfect to make a street car/hot rod out of it. Well, nothing has happened so maybe it's time someone enjoys this car.
This is a very solid car that will save someone tons of time and expense to get into something really nice.
I have the history back to original purchase back in May 1968. I purchased from the son of the owner that had it since 1969. Odometer shows 35,168 original miles. There was one rust spot on driver floor pan that has been repaired. When that was repaired, I had the guy also look at passenger side quarter panel in front of wheel well, which is what you see in the pics. Car was optioned with gills and spears, which I have stored away. I have both sides quarter skins and a complete 10" front drum brake setup (used) that will go with the car. I have a few other parts that I have accumulated over the past seven years that the purchaser will have first option to buy for extra $$. If purchaser is not interested, I will post parts separately at the appropriate time.
I have a lot more pictures if you are seriously interested and want to see more detail.
Located in SE South Dakota.
Asking $20,000, but I will entertain a REASONABLE offer.
Thanks FABO.
