Everything I find with 64 Valiant says WW is white and P is red. It does have a red interior. L1R indicates that. I wonder if it had red somewhere on the outside?
Trying to verify... maybe someone knows... Wonder if the First W is "Upper", Second W is "Lower" and the P is.......Interior or something? (along the lines of what @Dartnut noted)
