I will be running these on my next motor and are now feeling a bit uneasy about them.
Just an observation - your adjuster looks too low, the set I have the oil passage to the adjuster is quite high, you need the adjuster down around 1 turn from stopped to line the passage up. But mine have 2 bushes per arm with a void in the middle instead of the groove cut into the bushing like yours so they might have revised the design and moved the oil passage at some point.
Hard to see from the photos, is there another oil passage drilled out to the roller side?
