When it comes to adjusting valves, some OEMs spec clearance with a cold engine, while most spec with a hot engine. When the engine warms up, clearance increases. In my opinion, specs for a hot engine are more relevant to how the engine works in the real world. Your values suggest a hot engine, but boy are they loose!
