68 Dart damaged instrument cluster circuit board

Yes, correct... my dash has those too, but no bulbs/holders in the back... that's why asked, so I'm wondering IF it's as simple as buying some bulbs/connectors and plugging them in to reinstate them!?! (hopefully!!)
