Already there. Had 3 weeks to get this home put together. Previous owner redid the house (sheetrock, floors, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, ETC). But he left a bunch undone. Had to insulate both attic and floor. I HATE insulation. And plumbing (had to re-route a bunch of pex tubing).
