Yep, the Talon was made by Mitsubishi. Or maybe Eagle built it and it was rebadged as a Mitsubishi? Not sure, but I know they were functionally the same car with different sheetmetal. I remember sitting in one years ago and swearing I would own one some day. I wonder how much the seats influenced that. BTW, never did own one.
