Magnum engine misshapes..,
A crazy deal popped up on craigslist last night on a 75 la 360 and short shaft 727 and I was first one on it .. when I picked it up I mentioned I needed a magnum head and he had two sets...
I bought a set for $60...
Took my head to the machine shop today and most all valves had cracks in between them but the number eight that had the water in it the cylinder had a much more noticeably larger crack in it... It was quite obvious it was toast so I didn't leave them
at the machine shop. At that point I had decided to buy a new one but ran into these two that looked near perfect with zero cracks from a 318 but I don't think it matters...
