I had a Mannlicher stock Ruger #1 long ago.
270 Winchester, gorgeous wood, didn't weigh but about 6 pounds.
I carried it during deer season it was so easy to carry :D
Sold it when my brat's activities became more important than my hunting fun.
Sold it for more than twice what I had paid for it just 5 years prior. :thumbsup:
