Yep, that’s what she said on the phone but my reply was it’s no matter to me because they thought of it first. They floated it and only retracted after people questioned it. It shows motive and direction on their part.
I understand. And I don't disagree. I myself was concerned. However, the other side of the coin is that ideas get tossed around all the time and don't get enacted. Reality is, even if they had decided to actually try and do this, it would have been impossible for them to enforce and I strongly suspect they would have lost in the courts had they tried.
