Pray for our Florida FABO friends

I have lived in Florida for most of my 63-year life span and have never had my house flood or suffered any major hurricane damage and I have owned my own homes since 1989, in fact the only homeowners insurance claim I have ever file was for a hail damaged roof. My rules for living in Florida are don't live within 25 miles of the coast own a home where the old houses are because they don't flood or the old houses wouldn't still be there. I literally live 1 block from the 8th largest lake in Florida in a +100 year old house the lake level is 25-30 feet below my yard and will never flood and there are many old houses in my neighborhood to attest to this.
