I think it is 38 and all in at 2000. Just not sure if I should have vacuum advance hooked to manifold vacuum. It seemed to work well on my long cruise up to Mopars in the Park, but not as happy at WOT. But there shouldn't be any change at WOT as there shouldn't be any manifold vacuum at WOT, just the mechanical of 38, right?
