I built me a Street Tracker XS 650 some years back.
Similar to this one. Took an OE seat and took the upholstery off, took the 4" grinder to it and trimmed the foam to look just like that dirt track seat/fender had it re-covered. Rear axle mount license plate frame I made to get rid of the obnoxious looking tail light license mount it came with. Bobbed the fenders and painted them flat black so it looked like it had no fenders. Great fun to ride.
