My 273 build

Hodden pistons might be able to work with 3.58 stroke, when I was looking into doing a 273 they seemed like they could work, some say you can bore to 3.75" and use chevy pistons might have something that might go with 4" stroke.
Man, just Double and Triple Check EVERYTHING if You are gonna go Custom Pistons, off the shelf, i would still Have A KNOWN Good Engine Man/ Machine Shop VERIFY ALL Numbers, ie: wrist pin height, comp height, wrist pin size, material of Pistons considered, fly cut/ valve reliefs needed, final bore size needed ( will yer block take it) MAN, just please Do Yourself a Favor Brother, I ain't trying to rain on your parade man just make sure you or someone that knows what they're doing takes everything into consideration before you start spending a dime.... life WILL be Better and Less Stressful! It always takes me a year or two to build a motor. Due to Research and Money. I have time to research... I don't have money to screw things up
