My lower back is junk

My chiropractor had me all fixed up in July / August .. felt great, 1st time in a long time .. I caught covid again end of August coughing so hard I put my back out again , he is try to get me back in place .. I'm not horrible right now but, can be better .. hoping for a repair soon
