My lower back is junk

I had Kyphoplasty procedure done about 10 days ago. What was thought to be a herniated disc was a fracture. Back is better, but not completely repaired. I have some arthritis, but not enough to cause the continual pain I had. Hoping back will improve because of the procedure, but I'm reading where it should be immediate. Will be seeing my back Dr. next week so we'll see.
