Is this flywheel toast?

Got this flywheel with a used manual setup. It had some surface rust when I bought it, so I didn’t count it as a usable part of the package, but they included it. I soaked it in some vinegar and found what it looks like. I noticed a bunch of cracks where the clutch engages. Are these cracks a problem?
