Shiiiiiiiiiit. I used to have a wall of shame for all the junk **** garbage I bought and broke. At the top of the garbage list (bottom of the cess pool) are standard Crane roller lifters. Not fit for a decent 5 HP Briggs and Stratton. Straight garbage.
So yeah, you break parts when you develop and test things. The difference is oil pan technology is relatively simple. In a car with a 2 plus 60 foot time that shouldn’t be an issue IF the pan was correct.
Oh yeah, more junk **** cess pool parts. The Stefs full length box oil pan with 1.5 inch kick out. What a flaming piece of **** that was. I had the cost of the pan and then some in fixing that piss poor engineered junker.
That pan had zero oil control at the launch and on braking. But Stefs was proud os that turd.
